It's not too late to take part in Coldest Night of the Year
Be sure to bust out the toques and mitts for the Coldest Night of the Year event all in support of the 30K Club.
The 5KM or 10KM walk will help support the hungry, homeless and hurting in the community.
Coordinator Jessica Samuels says there is still plenty of time to sign up.
"You can sign up on line if you want. But if you still want to make a last minute decision. If you get to Saturday and it's 3 o'clock and you thought I'm just going to go down there. I don't have a team. I'm going to go down by myself and see if I can just join a team. You can do that. Just come on down. Even if you haven't raised any money, there is the $25 registration fee, don't worry if you haven't raised any money."
The walk begins at 4 o'clock at the Italian Club on Lawrence Avenue on Saturday.
So far, 92 walkers have signed up and more than $12,000 has been raised locally.
